**NDIS/ Disability Sector delivery Manager**
We are seeking an experienced professional and passionate NDIS/ Disability Sector delivery manager with a background in the Disability, Social work, or health sector, to manage and grow our NDIS business. You will be working part-time initially for 2-3 days a week (32 to 48 hours per fortnight) and there is potential for full time hours as the company grows.

**The Opportunity**
You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about building a sustainable organisation that enhances the lifestyle of people with disability.
You will assist in building our launch campaign for a range of services.
You will be responsible for managing our NDIS operations with the assistance of the company directors and you will be provided with the resources required to kickstart the operations.
**The Role**
- The role of the manager is to work with hospitals, mental health institutions, NDIS,
Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, NDIS Planners to identify and transition disabled clients to SIL (Supported Independent Living) Short Term, Medium
Term & Long-Term Accommodation, and general home care NDIS Services.
- The manager will develop networks and relationships with key organisations and stakeholders in the Disability services space.
- Primary point of contact for participant intake, leading the support service delivery team and client outcomes, whilst liaising with the Clinical Care Manager. This includes managing client’s enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Day to day management of NDIS services and business operations, ensuring efficient, safe and high quality of client support and services.
- Support workers recruitment and workforce scheduling and planning.
- Providing leadership in the development of SIL quotes and rosters of care.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and systems.
- Build and maintain a viable and stable customer base.
- Assessing client needs, recommending, and explaining the relevant NDIS services offered by Ezycare Disability Services.
**Selection Criteria**
- Knowledge and extensive experience in the NDIS / Disability Sector in Business
Development and Operations
- Sound and professional links with LACs (Local Area Coordinators), NDIS Planners,
Support Coordinators, Community organisations especially disability, Family &
Community and other government Services departments involved in NDIS
- Bachelor's Degree in Health, Business, Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or similar field is desirable but no essential
- Knowledge of NDIS practice Standards and funding models practice approach, developing and implementation of tailored-care plans.
- High Level consultation skills with people living with disability, whilst demonstrating awareness of the key issues faced by people with disabilities and the importance of choice and control regarding the support they receive.
- Demonstrated ability to network and engage the disability community with NDIS services providers (parents, carers, potential clients, carers etc.)
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and capacity to use cloud-based software.
