**Opportunity: Digital Marketing Account Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring their digital marketing objectives are achieved with excellence.
- Use your understanding of the NDIS sector to inform and tailor digital marketing strategies that meet the unique needs of these clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Identify opportunities for growth and upselling within client accounts, especially by leveraging digital solutions that align with NDIS sector needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing account management, with a proven track record of client satisfaction and project success.
- Strong foundation in digital marketing strategies and their execution, with the ability to lead diverse teams towards achieving client goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement.
- Familiarity with the NDIS sector is preferred but not the primary focus. An understanding of how digital marketing strategies can be adapted to benefit NDIS providers will be considered an asset.
