**What We Look For In Our Future Tech M Family Members**:
- No Call Centre Experience is needed.
- We provide full paid In office training.
- Training will be up to 4 Weeks of classroom-style training (dependent on which line of business you are trained on), followed by up to 3 weeks of nesting where you will get to take some live calls.
- Once you are transitioned to work from home the rotational shifts will be 8 Hour shifts between 7 am to 11 pm, from Monday to Sunday.
- Working from the office can be UP TO 3 months before you transition to working from home after your Trainer / Team Leader is confident that staff members will be competent to work from home.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple screens, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (advantageous but not essential).
- **_Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, New Zealand Citizen, or have Unrestricted full working rights._**:
- Drive, passion, and commitment to want to learn and Achieve.
- Be willing to work a rotating roster with schedules posted two weeks ahead of time.
**What does a day in the life of an Inbound Call Centre Operator look like?**
- Taking incoming client calls for any questions relating to their Telecommunications account.
- Provide outstanding first call resolution in Level 0-1 support role, with room for rapid growth.
- Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses.
- Be willing to train in an office in Brisbane CBD for up to 7 weeks.
- Be able to follow key performance Indicators.
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions, or interactions and take action in accordance with it.
- Resolve complaints related to billing or customer service.

**Salary**: $46,500.00 - $55,250.00 per year

Client requirement for training is to have double vaccination to train in office.

**Experience**:
