**About the Role**:
With the support and mentorship into the Supervisor and/or Superintendent working within a collaborative team, you will achieve excellent project outcomes. You will have the opportunity to utilise your strong communication and technical skills to provide all deliverables to a high standard. You will work closely with staff and sub-contractors to ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to.

**Primary Duties**:

- Lead and mentor internal members of the team.
- Manage and supervise site staff (including apprentices) and sub-contractors;
- Ensure works comply with client specifications and BildGroup procedures.
- Manage onsite documentation efficiently.
- Recording daily activities and cost tracking.
- Assist with the programming of and procurement for the project.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote and develop a strong safety culture.
- Have an excellent attention to detail.
- Deliver high quality work, while adhering to project timelines

**About You**
- Minimum 3-year work experience in a related job.
- Construction Industry card and appropriate tickets
- Pipe Laying experience
- Qualified Plumber (Is an advantage)
- Be able to lay WATER MAIN, SEWER MAIN, and STORM WATER lines
- Have current confined space certificate
- Demonstrated ability to use lasers levels
- Complete understanding of Trench and shoring practises
- Ability to build manholes and storm water pits
- HR Licence
- Strong understanding of OH&S policies & procedures
- We will also provide on the job training to develop you for our growing organisation
- Some regional works may be required
