Overview
Culture Amp is the world’s leading employee experience platform. We are growing our tax team and are looking to add a Tax Analyst based in Melbourne, Australia. This is a hybrid position, where you will be expected to work from the office 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination and review of Australian tax filings; including annual ITR, FBT, and GST lodgments
- Support and review international lodgements and payments
- Assist in the preparation of and review of indirect taxes
- Prepare monthly reconciliations
- Prepare tax workpapers and assist with ad-hoc tax projects as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of the tax provision and assessment of deferred taxes
- Maintain and prepare regular transfer pricing adjustments
- Assist in coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in tax, with exposure to multiple jurisdictions
- Experience working in hyper-growth environments, delivering accurate and timely results; ability to learn and assess new tax requirements and communicate changes effectively
- Experience in maintaining strong internal control frameworks to ensure accurate and reliable documentation
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Google Sheets; experience with Avalara and Bloomberg Tax is a plus
