Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides a high level of professional administrative support to two Director’s within our Enterprise Risk Management business, ensuring they are able to function effectively and able to deliver their strategic obligations whilst promoting the team culture, performance and operating rhythm.
**How you will make an impact**
- Strategically schedule, manage and priorities meetings to align with key priorities
- Anticipate and proactively manage any issues that arise, help manage workload and ensure that the aligned Directors are always prepared in advance for meetings and deadlines.
- Create capacity for the aligned Directors to direct focus towards strategic and high priority activities by assisting in day‐ to‐day functions of the teams.
- Maintain operational function of teams including but not limited to: assisting with recruitment, on‐boarding and off‐ boarding; and providing assistance with team functions.
- Co‐ordinate and assist with regular reporting and documentation for Boards, Committees, Forums and Regulator meetings
- Maintain and comply with system administration requirements including leave approvals, expense claim processing, invoice processing, stationery, etc.
**What you will bring to the role**
- Relevant experience in a Senior PA/EA role, preferably within financial services or a similar environment
- Proven ability to understand and manage risks inherent, or emerging, in a business area
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships at a senior executive level
- High attention to detail
- Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally at senior management level
