Our client is a innovative business services firm that provides Accounting Finance & Insurance services. We are currently seeking a positive and organized Receptionist to join out team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing reception and inbound/outbound calls
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing administrative support to team members
- Managing and maintaining meeting rooms/calendar
- Hospitality, including in-house functions
- Data entry
- Organizing couriers
- Filing, scanning, and archiving
- Ad hoc admin duties

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience with online accounting software, eg Xero will be favorable
- Ability to work autonomously
