**Your Role**

At Gallagher Bassett (GB), we provide a compassionate and innovative claims service for injured workers and Employers who have been impacted by a workplace injury. With dedicated teams specialising in both physical and mental injury, we support injured workers with a holistic approach on their journey to return to work and to life.

We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our office located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD working in our Worker’s Compensation team. You will be the face of Gallagher Bassett in Melbourne and help to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.

The position is part time, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Being responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls to GB's Melbourne office, with a focus on customer service
- Liaising and collaborating with a variety of teams across the GB Melbourne office relating to arranging meetings and servicing visiting clients
- Providing administrative support to GB's Worker's Compensation claims management teams
- Supporting your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing standard letters, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents

**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Experience in a Reception/Front Office and administrative role preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Professional personal presentation with strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A friendly, team player attitude
- Excellent computer skills (such as Microsoft Office)
