**Your Role**

At Gallagher Bassett (GB), we provide a compassionate and innovative claims service for injured workers and Employers who have been impacted by a workplace injury. The team at GB is currently seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our office located in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD working in our Worker’s Compensation team.

**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Being responsible for answering a high volume of incoming phone calls to GB's Melbourne office, with a focus on customer service
- Liaising and collaborating with a variety of teams across the GB Melbourne office relating to arranging meetings and servicing visiting clients
- Providing administrative support to GB's Worker's Compensation claims management teams
- Supporting your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing standard letters, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents

**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess**:

- Experience in a Reception/Front Office and administrative role preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of general business and administrative practices
- Professional personal presentation with strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A friendly, team player attitude
- Excellent computer skills (such as Microsoft Office)
