Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Training Specialist on a contract for 6 months with potential extension.

**About the Role**:
The Treasury's Foreign Investment Division (FID) is delivering a multi-year, strategic business and digital transformation program. We are seeking an experienced professional to join the Program team to provide training expertise for a range of activities such as conducting training needs assessments, developing training delivery plans for multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, and developing and delivering training and guidance.

**Essential Criteria**
- Developing and delivering training strategies/plans and training needs analyses for digital transformation, or similar;
- Plan, prepare and manage internal stakeholder consultations and workshops, with a strong focus on understanding current and future states and pathways between the two;
- Plan, prepare and manage support and training programs to underpin business transformation, or similar;
- Write and develop high quality collateral materials including case studies, strategies and plans, presentations, training materials and reports;
- Liaise directly with senior stakeholders on complex issues, including the escalation of risks and issues (as required);
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet changing priorities and demands; and
- Be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
