The purpose of this role is to proactively support and promote a culture of learning, compliance and continuous improvement which enables the Company to deliver a high standard of service and a high performing business unit. The Training Specialist facilitates the delivery and assessment of accredited and non-accredited training and development programs to internal and external stakeholders in the metropolitan and regional areas.

About the role
The position is primarily responsible for the rolling delivery of Cert II in Security Operations and successful completion by students who are able to transition into MSS Guarding positions. Additionally, you will provide adhoc client-focused training according to operational needs.
You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
Duties include but are not limited to:- Student support to encourage a smooth transition to the operational environment- Quality training delivery in line with RTO and operational guidelines- Efficient administration and record keeping- Development of custom training solutions both for personal delivery and third-party delivery with suitable training resources- Consultation with clients and other stakeholders to identify training / competency needs- Participation on national strategic training objectives
Skills & experience- Min 2 years RTO in-person training delivery- Cert II in Security Operations or ability to obtain- Current First Aid- Min Cert 4 in Workplace Training & Assessment (or equivalent)- Experience working with multi media training platforms- Experience reviewing and developing learning packages
