A unique change and training role implementing and delivering new ICT change and communication plans.

**Your new company**

This unique Federal Government Department, oversees' finical projects on the interest of the Australian population. In anticipation of upcoming training requirements, this Foreign Investment focused team, is looking for a proactive Change and Training specialist to join their team.

**Your new role**

Working with varying levels of internal ICT specialists and other external stakeholders, you'll be identifying and managing the impacts of change across the division. This may include;
- Managing divisional structures
- Recruiting and upskilling staff
- Coordinating the development of new processes and policies
- Other ad-hoc workforce planning

**What you'll need to succeed**

You'll have a background in Change Management and Training and;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing training materials
- Experience using MS Project to track and manage deliverables
- The ability to comply with departmental health and safety policies

Experience working in financial projects would be advantages.

**What you'll get in return**

- A 6-Month Contract + extension
- Hybrid Working Arrangements (Minimum 3 days a week on site)
