Our client is delivering a multi-year, strategic business and digital transformation program. We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Change and Training Specialist to join the Change Management Team.

The role will work with various project managers, business analysts, IT and business specialists as well as FID staff and external stakeholders. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, communication and training plans.

The role will help identify and manage the impacts of change across all impacted stakeholders and help stakeholders to operate differently in the future. This may include (but is not limited to) managing changes to divisional structures, recruiting and upskilling of staff, coordinating the development of new policies and processes, supporting workforce planning activities, influencing quality data management practices, and facilitating training in new digital capability.

Security Requirements

Baseline Security Clearance or higher required.

**Working arrangements**:
On site two to three days a week for face-to-face meetings.

**Essential criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Change and Training Specialist delivering significant change for a business and stakeholders. The response should demonstrate the following through experience, qualifications and or/skills:

- 5+ years-experience as a change manager or change leader at the executive level.
- 5+ years-experience as a training specialist.
- 5+ years-experience working in a project environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to managing stakeholder engagement and facilitating information and training sessions.
- Strong written communication skills including the development of intranet and website content, FAQs and fact sheets, and other communication materials.
- Experience developing change/training strategies, conducting analysis and developing and delivering plans.
- Experience coordinating and facilitating information and training sessions for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience developing training materials to support user adoption of change.
- Experience using MS Project (or equivalent) to track and manage deliverables.
- Work, Health and Safety The successful contractor will be expected to comply with all applicable work, health and safety requirements of the Treasury.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience in or strong understanding of the Treasury environment.
