**Your new role**

As the dedicated Training Knowledge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely technical support to our staff, while contributing to their ongoing technical development through coaching and training initiatives.

To be successful in the role, you will regularly review training material and technical content to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. This will help identify opportunities to improve and enhance support offerings to CSC and continue our approach to continuous improvement.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll need to excel**
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
- Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs is essential
- Experience in superannuation, particularly within accumulation funds, is highly desirable
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment or ability to obtain this certification within 12 months, highly desired
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring and providing feedback
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to review and improve training material consistently
- Proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement in technical support offerings
- Sound computer literacy, particularly in relation to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in developing content for e-learning modules and preparing content for various platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
