About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training & Development Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality training materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in instructional design, technical training, and learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain contemporary training needs for systems.
  • Develop and implement a training content governance framework.
  • Produce and maintain training modules to CMI5 standards.
  • Create technical documentation, user manuals, and process maps.
  • Ensure training content is accessible, accurate, and aligned with clients standards.

What makes you a good fit

  • Prior roles in training development or delivery.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory – can be completed upon engagement).
  • Experience producing and maintaining CMI5 standard content.
  • Experience in performance metric analysis and reporting.
  • Exposure to project management and systems engineering.
  • Experience in sustainment organisations or similar fields.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
