Wymap are seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of orders, deliveries, and transport operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise effectively with both internal and external customers to coordinate deliveries in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Customs and AQIS requirements prior to the release of cargo.
- Complete necessary documentation such as Warehouse Release documents and Load plans prior to deliveries.
- Update delivery details for internal and external stakeholders and monitor delivery progress.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist the Warehouse and Transport Manager with additional duties as required.
- Perform daily checks and assist warehouse/airfreight teams with queries.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with End of Month billing (MISC Billing) and maintain records.
- Greet and sign in all internal/external customers and visitors.
- Distribute freight and complete Outturns daily.
- Keep visitor and ABF logs updated.
- Upload documentation to secure websites and prepare ad hoc reports as requested.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the logistics industry or customer service preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse systems and willingness to learn in-house systems.
