Our client is after a dedicated Fleet Allocator who can provide premium customer service solutions tailored to client transport needs, leveraging the latest technology and industry expertise to optimize their supply chain operations they focus on scalability and flexibility, they provide end-to-end solutions that ensure shipments and loads are delivered on time and on budget.

**About the Role**
- Determine and arrange the daily schedule and vehicle requirements according to volume and requirements
- Liaising with customers for load requirements ensuring enough time is allocated for staging and loading
- Promoting a safe, positive work environment and aligning with all management objectives and values
- Ensuring key service objectives are met
- Manage and utilize assets in the most cost-effective manner
- Understand and meet all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to actively collaborate with the wider team and customers
- Have the ability to adapt easily, and think outside the box when there are problems
- Continually improve the service delivery for the customer

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Previous experience within the transport sector at a similar level, preferably for a 3PL.
- The ability to solve issues with outside-of-the-box thinking, and ultimately contribute to the company’s continued expansion
- A results-driven individual who is resilient, and adaptable, with a positive mindset, and a high level of integrity.
- The ability to handle various projects simultaneously and independently
