We're Hiring: Transport Allocator | Brisbane

Are you a natural multitasker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for transport logistics? Due to continued business growth, MEDLOG Australia is looking for a Transport Allocator to join our Brisbane team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems on the fly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Allocating and scheduling our container transport fleet using VBS and Containerchain
  • Coordinating daily FCL deliveries and MT collections
  • Communicating with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining accurate freight movement records
  • Supporting fleet maintenance planning

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in container fleet allocation
  • Strong understanding of fatigue management & Chain of Responsibility
  • Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High-level computer proficiency (TMS, Containerchain, MT Data, 1Stop VBS)
  • Solid knowledge of road regulations and equipment types
