**Position**: IT Trainee (2 positions available)
**Type**: Full-time Traineeship (12 months duration)
**Qualification**: Fee-free Certificate IV in Information Technology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
- Supporting the team with software installations, hardware repairs, and network configurations
- Learning to provide technical support to users, both in-person and remotely
- Collaborating with experienced IT professionals to resolve IT-related issues
- Developing your knowledge of IT security, system administration, and cloud technologies
