Indigenous Business Australia are seeking an experienced Information Technology Security Advisor to join their ICT leadership team, this is a great opportunity to join an organisation and immediately make your mark as IBA grow and mature their IT Security position.

Successful applicants will need to demonstrate their skills and experience in the following areas:

- Sound knowledge of and experience in ensuring compliance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM).
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work across a broad range of ICT systems and technology platforms.
- Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning to prevent, plan for and respond to system catastrophes or cyber incidents.
- Experience in developing, implementing, managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure including server and network configuration, identity, PAM, SIEM, security, cloud services, connectivity, and backup.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing the development and delivery of information security in a multi-disciplinary government organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in the selection, design, justification, implementation and operation of controls and management strategies to maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and relevant compliance of information systems with legislation, regulations and relevant standards.
- Strong Logic, correlation, analytical, and communication skills, verbally and written.
- Broad experience in the provision of complex advice and management of security strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure adoption and adherence to standards.

The successful applicant will be required to gain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance level of Baseline as a condition of employment.
