**About the role**: Delivery Managers are responsible for the effective project management, client management, personnel management, and profitable delivery and growth of services provided to contracted clients within the scope defined by your supervisor. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the execution of two Integrated Work Packages (IWP) within the Team Nova Major Service Provider. The IWPs support a number of key reform initiatives which are aimed at enhancing the way products, projects, policy, and programs are managed across Defence. The clients are in the CASG Project Management Function and Pre-Gate 1 environments. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing blended teams of personnel to ensure successful delivery of client contract requirements across multiple packages of work.
