**Your responsibilities in your new position**:
- Conduct high level stakeholder engagement.
- Lead the analysis of capability options including the design and oversight of technical test activities.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders, identifying any gaps, risks, or issues.
- Championing equities across functional commands, divisions, industry and both joint and private projects.
- Provide risk management, prioritisation, and delegation of related work tasks.
- Successfully collaborate with staff and contractors.
- Previous knowledge / experience working in a Program Manager role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
