**The Opportunity**

Oakline Advisory is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Business Transformation to lead large-scale transformation programs and drive impactful organisational change. This role is central to shaping and delivering business transformation initiatives that align with client objectives, foster innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensure stakeholder alignment, and embed change that achieves long-term benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Leadership & Delivery**
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client strategy and business goals.
- Manage program scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.
- Establish governance structures and reporting frameworks to track performance and ensure transparency.

**Change & Transformation Strategy**
- Develop and implement business transformation strategies, including operating model redesign, process optimisation, and technology enablement.
- Conduct impact assessments, define success measures, and ensure adoption across people, processes, and systems.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**
- Partner with senior executives, program sponsors, and key stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment.
- Develop and execute communication and engagement strategies to support program objectives and ensure stakeholder confidence.

**Performance & Benefits Realisation**
- Monitor and evaluate program progress against objectives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver business case benefits by embedding sustainable changes into client organisations.

**Collaboration & Leadership**
- Lead and mentor cross-functional program teams to ensure high performance, capability growth, and strong delivery outcomes.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to integrate business transformation initiatives seamlessly.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive experience in program or project management, with a strong track record in delivering business transformation.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs within consulting or corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of transformation methodologies (e.g., change management, process improvement, digital transformation, operating model design).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI) highly regarded.

Pay: $92,418.64 - $169,485.84 per year
