**Your new company**

This business holds a 30-year tenure in the Australasian market and holds an independent voice when it comes to vehicle safety, collision testing and rating of performance across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working with 21 member organisations across the market, your new employer advocates for vehicle safety design through public education campaigns, advocacy activities and engagement with governments, corporate fleets, the media and consumers.

**Your new role**

An exciting position for Program Manager has arisen in the strategic projects space. This role will be a fixed-term 12-month contract, aligning to the strategic internal objectives of the business. You will be solely responsible for developing internal project and program management capabilities and capacity, working internally to drive organisational change.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Working closely with the CEO as the project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget and timing.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of a fit-for-purpose, project management methodology that can be applied to current and future projects
- Implement best practice policies, processes, procedures, tools, resources, guides, reports and templates to support program governance and management
- Define program, controls, procedures and reporting as required
- Analyse, evaluate and overcome program risks to produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Develop and manage project budgets for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Monitor progress to ensure milestones are being met

**Key Deliverables**

**Development of a fit-for purpose, simple project management methodology including;**
- Template documents, project tracking and reporting and staff training

**Development of a program office includes;**
- PMO policy and processes, Embedding internal team processes and project tracking tools

**Project management of CRM systems including;**
- Undertaking needs analysis for management of star ratings, prototype development, provider identification and selection, coordination of UAT, rollout of staff training

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to a broad range of project/program management methodologies
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs
- Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals
- The ability to pre-empt problems and find initiatives
- Ability to train staff on technical platforms
