**Intrax Consulting Engineers** is a national end-to-end supplier delivering optimised engineering, surveying, and geotechnical solutions to the building and land development industries.

We are looking for an energetic
** Team Leader - Field Services **to join our
**Brisbane team.**

**Reporting to the Queensland Housing Manager, in this role you will be**:

- Growing and developing team members
- Lead the Site Investigation QLD team to provide Service Excellence through measured KPIs
- Ensure the smooth operational coordination of the team in their day to day activities
- Assist with soil report writing for the Site Classification department
- Monitor quality objectives through evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop team members to understand industry requirements and customers' needs
- Heavily involved in helping to foster collaboration and problem solving with our external clients and internal departments

**To be successful you will have**:

- 3+ years of experience in in site classification and/or Geo experience (desirable)
- Strong experience with people management or acting in a leadership capacity is essential
- Experience with operational management and dealing with complex issues
- Geotechnical or Geo Engineering Degree (desirable)
- QBCC or RPEQ Accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
