**About the team**:
Logistics delivers. Our team supports one of the largest supply chain and distribution networks in Australia. We work collaboratively with our transport partners around the country to get stock where it needs to be on time, every time.
**About the Role**
The Administration Officer oversees the execution of a range of site activities relating to operation of our Laverton site, including general administration, reporting, and support to the transport and commercial teams.
You will also:
- Manage general administrative duties including mail management, organising events and recognition programs and overseeing all tasks related to office management
- Support with transport related administration activities, such as generating freight expenditure reporting and setting up new carriers.
- Coordinate org structure maintence including employment conversions (Casual to Perm ect)
- Oversee Commercial support including reconciliations, data analysis and reporting
**About you and your skills**:
You will need:
- A strong administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
- Previous accounts payable experience would be highly beneficial
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (particularly Excel)
