**The Opportunity/Role**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time/full-time Administration Officer to join our team, located in Truganina. Reporting to the managers, the position is responsible for a wide range of complex administrative tasks.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Preparing laboratory and engineering reports;
- Preparing and sending invoices;
- Follow up on overdue invoices;
- Maintaining databases and filing systems;
- Organizing, printing and storing company documents as needed.
And other ad hoc duties as directed by the managers.
**To be considered for this position you must have**:
- Previous administration experience (highly desirable);
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written;
- Xero experience (preferred but not essential);
- Great attention to detail;
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure whilst paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy;
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite.
- Need personal vehicle as public transport is not nearby.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
**Salary**: $49,146.66 - $81,783.55 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
