This newly created position is focused on equipping Barwon Water’s people to confidently adopt new digital systems and tools, as well as the rollout of the new asset management system Sitting within the Digital Infrastructure and Operations team, you’ll create practical learning resources—guides, videos, and online modules—tailored to a variety of roles and work environments.

Some travel to operational sites may be required so a current drivers license is required.

**About you**

A developing technical professional, you’re an effective communicator with a passion for helping others build confidence in a digital environment. An openness to emerging technologies, including AI, and a commitment to continuous learning will support your success in this role.

Your experience in training programs and creating digital content may be underpinned with certificates in Technology, Business or similar, as you test your skills in a rewarding environment. You will be empowered to grow by a supportive team who will value your skills and knowledge.
