Join the ACE Training team today on a salary of A$130,000.00/yr + Super + $5k sign-on bonus. Note that this role requires a high degree of mobility as training may at times have to be delivered off-campus and in other regions.

The RoleThe position is full-time; we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. A range of teaching days is available from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.

- Ability to multitask in a busy RTO environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
- Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
- Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
- Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
- You will need to be an Australian Resident
- Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/RTO Standards and other applicable regulations
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
