As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer - Content you will:

• Draw on a diverse range of people, groups and resources to identify new or improved opportunities, processes and ways of doing things to enhance organisational strategy
• Investigate issues thoroughly, identify relevant solutions, and select the most appropriate option from available alternatives.
• Actively seek client feedback on services or products, respond with transparency, and explore opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Deliver ethical, insight-driven advice that addresses core client issues and provides value-adding recommendations.
• Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with a diverse range of prospective students, stakeholders, and key influencers within and beyond the University.
• Design and implement practical, accessible solutions tailored to stakeholder needs and expectations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by regularly consulting with clients to clarify information needs, success criteria, and delivery timelines for advice and recommendations.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence, using relevant examples and tailored influencing techniques to enhance understanding and engagement.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Extensive experience and specialist knowledge in technical or administrative fields
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training (in areas including marketing, graphic design, content writing, social media or communications)
• Proven ability to write content that aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and stylistic requirements.
• Strong background in copywriting and editing for print, digital, and social media marketing channels.
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including content best practices for different media platforms.
• Skilled in simplifying complex information to suit diverse audiences and communication channels.
• Hands-on experience managing content across multiple social media platforms, including performance analysis and optimisation.
• Understanding of EDM/promotional email development.
