The primary purpose of this role is to promote, develop and sustain outstanding customer relationships offering a range of Equipment services, guidance, coaching and remedial support and support to all clientele in general thus fostering a sound service output delivery.
Responsible for the efficient management of road service technicians ensuring the best possible benchmark practices are achieved in the field. Working with the other interdependencies within the branch to ensure follow up and feedback to our customers exceeds their expectations.

**Key responsibilites**
- Coordination of Road Service Technicians working on all equipment to meet on time delivery for our customer requirements and achieving cost and delivery targets
- Liaises with Service Manager to meet the requirements of department budgets and schedules
- Ensure rental maintenance is carried out at cost effective manner
- Coordination and Supervision of the PMP Coordinator and the Road Service Controller
- Work closely with the Service Manager on identifying training and skills development of his team
- Reporting job status to Service Manager and others on scheduling of work on site in all aspects to ensure targets are met.
- Constantly monitor all costs on jobs and report as required
- Ensure safety policy and procedures are adhered to through on-going communication and Toolbox meetings.
- Ensure inventory available to complete on time delivery of repairs for rental and retail work
- Monitor process and report on all warranty developments including all factory reworks
- Ensure all related documentation is up to date and correctly processed in a timely manner
- Additional work required is to be organised and quoted to the customer in line with the Branch procedure.
- Ensure recovery of retail revenue through the closure of jobs and follow up to expedite invoicing to customers at the earliest opportunity.
- Maintain a customer rapport via on-going/regular communication with external customers
- Planning and organising road service to ensure maximum calling on customer base
- Investigate and resolve any general customer problems, site related issues thus providing a high level of support that exceeds customer expectations.
- Comply with all department policies and procedures ensuring customer complaints are addressed with a priority nature.
- Supply equipment details on "Quote Request" form for service department for quote preparation processes when quotes are requested from customers whilst in field duties are being performed.

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Understanding of customer relations and customer business processes
- Sound product knowledge is advantageous
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy is essential - Micro Soft Suite i.e., Word and Excel
- Team Player
- Strong problem-solving skills

**This role will report to the Service Manager**
- 5 weeks (5th week is granted as a lump some 5 days on each employment anniversary, it doesn't accrue over the year like normal annual leave) The option of 9 day fortnights is there for all employees and a 4 weekly day off option is available but monthly paid employees only.
