Are you an experienced **Practice Manager** looking for a rewarding part-time role in a supportive, professional environment?

Our valued client is a well-established **paediatric specialist practice** based in Murdoch, seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This is a permanent part-time position (3-4 days per week), with free staff parking provided by the practice.

About the Role

Reporting to the Principal Doctor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the practice and providing leadership to a small, dedicated team. You’ll be supported by two experienced receptionists (one senior, one mid-level) and work closely with the doctors to ensure an excellent patient and staff experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic for four doctors
- Using **Gen 2 and Best Practice software** to oversee billings, outgoings, and liaising with the practice accountant
- Processing EFTPOS, Medicare items, and relevant billing codes
- Managing workflow and ensuring smooth operations across the team
- Providing leadership while remaining hands-on and detail-focused
- Ensuring strict privacy and sensitivity, particularly when supporting young patients

About You
- Previous experience in a **medical practice management** or senior medical administration role
- Proficiency in **Gen 2 and/or Best Practice software**:

- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- A caring, professional approach, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and patient privacy
