
CRM Specialist

We’re on the hunt for a CRM Specialist - someone who is just as passionate about our customer as we are. Sitting within the Customer Department, you’ll partner with all teams from Marketing, to Brand Experience, to Digital, to our Agency partners bringing consumer behaviour data to the table to help define and deliver our strategy across key markets and channels. You’ll be data led, a high collaborator and be driven by achieving best-in-class experiences for our consumers, putting distance between us and our competitive set. You’ll have your finger on the pulse and will bring unique initiatives to the table.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Shape and define data led initiatives to deliver on the customer engagement and acquisition strategy
- Partner with the wider Customer team to shape the go-to-market strategy and ongoing evolution of the customer loyalty experience to deliver commercial outcomes
- Support cross functional decision making to ensure the loyalty cycle - customer acquisition, retention, creation of advocates - is at the forefront of everything we do
- Partner with internal departments and external agencies to drive data informed decisions, identify and recommend opportunities to continue program growth across all channels
- Leverage data and brand partnership strategies to support the ongoing evolution of our loyalty programs
- Through analysis of the market and existing customer data, define best practice and drive integration throughout customer programs
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop tight briefing and handover processes to ensure the initial vision and KPIs are delivered across go-to-market strategies
**ABOUT YOU**
- A customer centric and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven experience in key stakeholder management using data to influence decision making and outcomes
- A strategic outlook and an ability to anticipate brand and customer requirements
- Proven ability to keep abreast of key competitors and global ‘best in class’ initiatives to drive and influence consumer strategies
- Highly organized, collaborative, thrive off deadlines and experience managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Ready to push the envelope and deliver exceptional results
- Courage and curiosity to challenge the status quo and actively seek feedback
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a CRM or Loyalty Specialist role
- Klayvio, Sales Force, Yotpo or similar program experience required
- Experience in the retail industry or lifestyle brands is highly regarded
- Sydney based
