**We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer to actively manage a portfolio of clients, executing monthly digital marketing plans across Social Media, Blogs and EDMs.**

Wise Up Marketing is a Boutique Agency, established in 2010, located in the bustling business hub of Alexandria, with a small, coffee-loving, digitally powered team. We’re looking for a motivated individual who:

- Is **obsessed with digital marketing,** working actively on all channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and more) and loves to experiment with new platforms and strategies.
- Loves to create Short-Form videos, and is always up to date with trending audio and viral hooks, and is ready to jump into CapCut, Instagram or TikTok to leverage it.
- A natural storyteller, who can execute content in video, photo, graphic and written formats.
- Is energetic and hungry, showing your passion for innovation through content creation, and is bursting with ideas to make our clients POP online.
- Has a developed Digital Marketing skill-set with expertise across content creation, social management, analytics, CRM systems and marketing automation.
- Offers exceptional client service, with a "can-do" attitude that delivers on our promise of "taking the stress of digital marketing away"
- Thrives on finding solutions that fits the clients’ needs and can easily communicate them
- Has experience marketing across various industries for example professional services, ecommerce, personal brands, trades and more
- Can work within the processes in place for smooth digital execution, but constantly looks to improve the way things are done
- Has the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. Is self-driven and highly organised.
- A natural team player, who thrives on collaboration and actively engages within your department and cross-functionally to maximise learning and contribute to a positive culture.
- Is committed to a drama-free, stress-free, politics-free work environment.
- Have 2 + years of industry experience in Digital Marketing or Own Business
- Excellent written and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Has tons of hands on experience editing videos for social media
- Qualifications in marketing (highly regarded) or on your way to completion
- Be a permanent Australian Resident
- Available for this full-time in-house role in Alexandria

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
