Passionate about customer service with a background in bookings, ticket sales, and rostering? We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Booking Services Officer to join our team servicing education programs, museum admissions, and public events who can uphold MHNSW’s high customer service standards while balancing existing customers and our Customer Relationship Management systems. You will be joining a customer focused, professional and dynamic team that supports MHNSW to achieve its goals.
**What the opportunity is**:
- Employment with Museums of History NSW, NSW Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.
- Clerk Grade 3/4 - $93,487. Package includes salary ($75,992 - $83,211), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Full-time ongoing employment
- The role will work across the Sydney area.
**What we do**
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.

**What you’ll do with us**
This role will administer customer service, ticket sales, education, group, program and event bookings to engage with and expand Museums of History NSW’s customer base.

**What the essential requirements of the role are**
- Possession of a valid NSW drivers’ licence.
- Willingness to work across and ability to travel to multiple work locations.
