**Who is Apartments Plus?**

Apartments Plus is an Australian booking service which offers a whole spectrum of furnished short term accommodation for the busy corporate traveler, visiting, or relocating to Sydney, Australia. We work with a variety of individual apartment owners and chain accommodation providers to find the most suitable apartments for our clients whilst offering 24/7 support during their stay. We are a friendly, flexible, and hardworking team with a common goal to help our clients and to grow our business.

**The Position**

We are currently seeking an experienced corporate booking consultant to
- All aspects of client bookings from enquiry to end of stay.
- Manage and build client relationships.
- Up-sell, when appropriate by informing customers of additional services or special offers
- Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
- Answer after hour emergency phone and direct calls as appropriate
- Arrange contractors as necessary.
- Order stock/ inventory
- Liaise with owners about their investment property.
- Work with marketing team to promote business growth and future bookings.
- Great customer service and rapport building skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to positive business culture.
- Experience in the industry
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow within the business.
- Experience with REI booking platform preferred but not essential.
- Experience with REST preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Full Australian driver’s license

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
