Lead Gen seeks a casual, contract or part-time booking consultant/appointment setter to join our high-performance team in a work-from-home / remote capacity.

About You:

  • Strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from home (we strongly value work-life balance)
  • Must provide own computer and phone for remote work
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Immaculate communication skills
  • Confident in handling objections and securing appointments
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in appointment setting or booking consultation
  • Available for a minimum 3-6 month contract period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling cold and warm leads to book appointments
  • Building relationships with prospects and nurturing leads until they are ready to meet with clients
  • Achieving agreed weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy
  • Providing feedback to management on lead quality
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service and professionalism
