The opportunity:
We are rapidly expanding our Health Insurance business and taking steps to

becoming the number 1 Health Insurer in the market. We are seeking

membership support specialists to join our dynamic team and make a true

difference to our customers

To do this successfully you will:

- Developing and facilitating relevant processes to ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of transactions
- Contributing and assist in the day-to-day administration, retention and improvement of Customer Service Team activities.

Successful applicants will demonstrate:

- Experience in customer service - either call centre, member services or similar
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
