**About the Opportunity**

Based on site in our corporate CBD head office, Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm, we are seeking an experienced Club Membership Administration Consultant, to join our dynamic Club Membership team and engage with our current and prospective RACV Club Members to deliver a friendly, professional and high-quality customer service experience.

In this busy and varied phone-based role, you will utilise your excellent verbal & written communication skills and develop a thorough knowledge of RACV Club, to assist RACV Club Members with enquiries, information and bookings.

- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of RACV Club products, memberships, benefits, events & latest updates
- Analyse, investigate and maintain an accurate database of customer accounts, transactions & records
- Investigate and resolve queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Cross sell & upsell products to retain existing members and grow new club memberships
- Assist members in person and guide them through facilities
- Contribute to team targets, meetings, safe work practices and environment

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Customer service experience in a premium membership/loyalty program or similar environment
- Experience in building strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, plan, understand & gain product knowledge and work to deadlines
- Knowledge of investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints effectively
- Demonstrate attention to detail, high level of accuracy, excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent personal presentation & professional demeanour
- Full working rights in Australia
