About the Role : As the Membership & Certification Administrator, you will support the Membership Engagement Program and the Association's Standards Certification.
Your responsibilities include responding to member inquiries via phone and email, managing application processes, and providing administrative support to help members achieve certification standards.
About You : You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service for a membership-based organisation, highly organised, and enjoy working in a small but friendly team.
You will also possess: Strong administrative and project management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and provide timely, detailed reports.
Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team environments, exercising initiative and accountability.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Coresoft or similar systems, with strong computer literacy.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of work.
