This exceptional opportunity will see you working with a national membership-based organisation in the health sector. You will work collaboratively with Managers in Operations, Marketing and Communications, and Events to support membership activities, maximise membership engagement and acquisition of new members.

This position will see you utilising salesforce database to drive membership engagement, respond to membership enquiries and proactively engage with members. You will also work with the leadership team to strategically grow and acquire new membership groups and support events and refining of the member value proposition. In addition to relationship management, this role will see you responsible for coordinating State and Territory Committee meetings with key stakeholders as well as a Specialist Membership Group Committee.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Experience working with membership databases and CRMs (Salesforce an advantage).
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed administration skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and supportively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing demands.
- Prior experience in a membership-based organisation and knowledge of acquisition and retention strategies
