**Company**

Our client is a well-established Australian company, renowned for being a premier provider of quality roof repair and replacement services to the strata and commercial building sectors.

They are seeking to appoint a commercially orientated, conscientious, and technically skilled professional, capable of taking the lead and driving the company's operational objectives.

**The Role**

This hands-on role will see you working closely with the Director, involved in the day-to-day activities of procurement, logistics, estimating, scheduling and managing a team of employees and subcontractors to enable the successful delivery of key operational initiatives and business objectives.

Your scope will include driving the planning of projects to ensure the efficient use of resources, liaising with clients and suppliers, providing your team with leadership and support, whilst consistently focusing on high standards of safety and quality, and driving improvement in operational efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Supervisory and/or Management experience within the roofing industry (knowledge of roof plumbing, roof tiling and metal roofing)
- Experience running roofing repairs and maintenance projects for strata and commercial clients
- Relevant trade qualification
- Highly organised and driven to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, on scope
- Positive and hands-on leadership approach
- Strong commercial acumen, results-driven
- Proven track record of ensuring a high level of safety, quality and productivity performance
- Flexibility and initiative
- Attention to detail - no detail is too small
