We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to assist the Plumpton Marketplace management team on full time basis. You will be responsible for the delivery of operational functions for the centre. Day to day, you would take responsibility for the contract management and oversight of centre contractors, EHS, risk & compliance, sustainability performance, tenancy and capital works projects, and maintaining the ongoing stakeholder relationships with service providers and tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your property experience, technical skills and knowledge to progress your career in the shopping centre operations area. You will need strong administrative skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and coordinate multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy and planning.

Previous experience in facilities management, financial management and strong computing skills would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who has exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to question contractors and suppliers to ensure sound decision making. Safety is always our top priority so experience in risk and compliance will also be highly regarded.
