**Role Summary**:
The Campaign Strategy Specialist is a diverse and exciting opportunity in our Customer Business Unit based at our Perth CBD office.

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop end-to-end marketing campaign strategies and associated activities for all customer segments across all marketing channels (ATL, BTL, TTL). This role plays an essential part in aligning and driving key business performance outcomes in line with the Customer strategy and sets the communications pathway for execution within the team.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Develop campaign strategy and activities for business and residential campaigns, generating quality sales leads and driving brand image to optimise revenue and performance for the business.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across the business to remain aligned in key messages to market and seek out additional touch points, working closely with the brand team to ensure distribution of messages across relevant channels.
- Drive relationships with Business Sales teams to maintain a thorough understanding of the business customer Segment strategy to deliver on commercial business objectives.
- Work closely with DER team to drive marketing strategy activities for growing ESM customer base.
- Manage key third-party delivery partners such as creative agencies and ATL media, to drive alignment across marketing activity and positive commercial outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- A Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, with exposure to strategic planning, including ATL planning and integration.
- Adept communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Robust relationship management skills to deliver campaign strategy.
- Sound commercial and financial acumen in delivering campaign strategy.
