**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, the newly created role of Marketing Specialist will wholly focus on supporting Fiveight and its growing portfolio of diverse property developments.

The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that assist Fiveight achieve its commercial objectives and enhance its national reputation as a leading diverse property developer and manager.

The role will demand a collaborative and flexible approach due to the diverse, fast-paced, and high impact nature of Fiveight and the group. The focus of this role is on collaboration, working closely with the wider communications team to deliver tailored marketing products to meet Fiveight’ s needs.

Duties include:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and tactics that raise brand awareness, achieve commercial outcomes, and protect and enhance the reputations of Fiveight and its projects.
- Provide expert strategic marketing advice and support, including campaign development and implementation - including macro brand campaigns to specific project-related campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the Tattarang communications team and a range of external consultants to identify opportunities to create timely, targeted, and effective marcomms materials.
- Support the drafting, preparation, and delivery of marketing collateral, including digital marketing techniques, relevant to project milestones or market opportunities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as required; this can include occasionally working after hours and on weekends.

**Qualifications**:
You have over 5 years dedicated marketing experience, preferably focused on property sector.

You are advanced and up to date in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

You have strong and demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, and customer engagement.

You can demonstrate extensive ‘hands on’ experience in identifying, developing and management of marketing campaigns and strategies.

You have strong project management skills, with highly development time management.

You’re proactive and cooperative, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker.

You’re a people person with strong relationship building skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

You are a fast learner who throws themselves into any challenge with energy and commitment.

You have strong organisational skills and initiative to develop and manage own work programme with mínimal supervision.

You have sound administrative skills including time management, correspondence, briefing and report writing and the ability to use computing equipment and software relevant to this position.

You can maintain confidentiality, manage sensitive material, and communicate ideas diplomatically, sensitively and succinctly.
