Digital Marketing Specialist driving automation campaigns

**Your new role**

This opportunity will see you enhancing and shaping marketing initiatives through marketing automation, ensuring alignment with the organisation's marketing and customer acquisition strategy.
**Key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to**:

- Develop, monitor and analyse marketing automation KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing for optimisation.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with updated insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Utilise data-driven insights to ensure informed decision-making and continuous improvement of strategies.
- Full ownership of designing, implementing and managing marketing automation workflows.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
- Previous experience with marketing automation technologies with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
- The ability to interpret briefs from various stakeholders working with cross-functional teams.
- You will be data-driven with a focus on leveraging insights to optimise campaign performance.
- A focus on working as a team, including using workplace collaboration tools and building strong relationships with stakeholders
