**Role Summary**:
The Campaign Delivery Lead is an exciting opportunity in our Digital and Customer Campaigns team based at our Perth CBD office.

This role leads the overarching campaign strategy and manages all aspects of marketing campaign activity in the Digital and Customer Campaigns team. Leading the Campaign Delivery team and role modelling culture, this role is the heart of Synergy’s diverse and fast paced customer marketing campaigns, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal performance aligned to Customer strategy.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage the Campaign Delivery team (5) in executing the agreed strategy for the broader Digital and Customer campaigns team along with the Customer Marketing Area.
- In conjunction with the Manager, Digital and Customer Campaigns develop and execute the broader Campaign Strategy to improve Synergy’s P&L performance and develop deeper customer relationships, in support of both existing and future customer strategies.
- With a focus on leadership, ensure the campaign capability is consistent yet progressive, is aligned to strategic objectives and develops individuals and the team capability.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to maintain a thorough understanding of the multiple segment strategies (Residential, DER, Business, vulnerable) to determine campaign activity required to deliver on business objectives.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary degree in marketing, communication, or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing communications and end to end campaign delivery.
- Experience leading (direct or indirect) others to deliver team and individual objectives.
- Experience managing campaigns in multiple segments across B2C and / or B2B.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive aligned outcomes.
