The role

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Campaign Specialist to join our Interactive Engagement and Communications team at GESB.

As our Campaign Specialist, you will coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns that help engage our members at key points in their super and retirement journey. You’ll manage campaign delivery across owned channels including email, SMS, web and print, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, compliant and aligned with our engagement strategy.

As our Campaign Specialist, you will bring:

- Minimum of two to three years’ experience coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing approvals and gathering contributions for multi-channel campaign execution across digital and print formats
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns or tasks concurrently, while consistently meeting deadlines
- A degree or diploma in communications, marketing, digital marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in digital and marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and inform future activity
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journey mapping, and the use of personas to optimise campaign outcomes
