**Job Description**:
In your role as Agile Delivery Coach you'll play a critical role in advancing our delivery capability across our 12 Publishing delivery teams responsible for our audience websites, native apps and editorial tools.

This position requires regular interactions with Business Stakeholders and Product Owners to have an up to date view of initiatives’ pipeline and implement a consistent initiative lifecycle across the Publishing portfolio.

You will work closely with Engineering Managers and Iteration Managers to help them effectively plan and run projects, including maintaining a backlog, developing a roadmap, prioritising work with stakeholders, reporting on progress, allocating costs and creating a delivery structure that encourages sustainable development across a longer time horizon.

Nine has a Delivery Practice which works across all engineering teams. This role will regularly interact with Delivery Practice Lead to roll out common practices in Publishing as well as provide feedback on effectiveness and challenges of adopted processes.

Key responsibilities:

- Shaping and evolving our delivery tooling and frameworks across the entire initiative lifecycle to drive greater alignment, effectiveness and efficiency
- Mentoring and coaching of Iteration Managers, Product Managers and Engineering Managers to build their delivery capability
- Management of the Publishing delivery plan to ensure effective execution through dependency management, risk analysis, release planning and measurement models.

**Qualifications**:

- Proactive improvement of delivery practices and frameworks
- A proven track record working in and around product & development teams to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
- Experience and skills working in a technical environment, with the ability to translate product aspirations and strategic goals into delivery plans
- Demonstrated experience working as Scrum Master (or equivalent) across multiple teams
- Experience mentoring and coaching Scrum Masters/Iteration Managers

Nice to have:

- Deep experience and skills using Atlassian JIRA, including Advanced Roadmaps
- Digital Media experience
- Working on cross platform (web/mobile) products
