
Sales Development Representative

Our SaaS platform helps these businesses quote faster, track jobs better, and protect their hard-earned profits — and now we're looking for an ambitious **AI-powered SDR** to help take our growth to the next level.
This isn’t your old-school, smash-the-phone, smile-and-dial SDR role - although you WILL spend heaps of time on the phone You'll be using **AI tools, data enrichment platforms, and smart outbound strategies** to deliver **personalised, high-volume outreach at scale**.
**The Mission**
- Build smart, enriched prospect lists using **Apollo.io**:
- Manage and optimise sequences using **Apollo**and **HubSpot CRM**:
- Book qualified demos for our Account Executive team (and graduate to closing deals if you want it)
- Continuously improve: test new messaging, hooks, cadences, and automation flows
- Report activities, successes, and learnings — and help us build an outbound machine
- 1-3 years in a B2B SDR/BDR role (bonus points for SaaS experience)
- You **love prospecting** — but you **work smarter**, not just harder
- Excited by using tools like **Apollo, HubSpot, ChatGPT**(or keen to learn them fast)
- Obsessed with **personalisation, efficiency, and process improvement**:
- Curious about your prospects’ business models — not just ticking activity boxes
- Based in Brisbane and happy to work hybrid (office + WFH)
